1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Global Rider, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Independent Platform
Global Rider is an independent platform and is not affiliated with Harley-Davidson, Inc. or H.O.G.™
3. User Conduct
Users must not post illegal content, harass other members, post spam, infringe intellectual property rights, or violate any applicable laws. Global Rider reserves the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Marketplace
Global Rider provides a marketplace facility only. We are not party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. Users transact at their own risk. Always inspect goods before purchasing.
5. User Content
By posting content on Global Rider, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display that content on the platform. You retain ownership of your content.
6. Minors
Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. Direct messaging features are not available to minors.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate any account that violates these terms, without notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
Global Rider is provided on an 'as is' basis. We accept no liability for losses arising from use of the platform or transactions between users.
