About Daytona Bike Week

Daytona Bike Week is one of the longest-running motorcycle events in the world, held annually in Daytona Beach, Florida since 1937. What began as a racing event at the Daytona International Speedway has become a ten-day festival drawing over 500,000 riders every March. The Atlantic beachfront, the iconic Main Street strip, and the surrounding area fill with custom motorcycles, live music stages, demo rides, bike shows and merchandise vendors.

The event has deep Harley-Davidson roots — Daytona Bike Week and the HOG community have been intertwined for decades. Key attractions include the Daytona 200 race at the Speedway, the Boardwalk vendor area, the Cabbage Patch and Iron Horse Saloon gatherings south of town, and the custom bike shows that run throughout the week. The weather in early March is typically warm and dry — ideal riding conditions on Florida's coastal A1A highway.

For international riders, Daytona Bike Week is often a bucket-list trip combined with wider Florida riding — the Keys, Everglades, and Gulf Coast all within a day's ride.
